Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Sebagai Functional Consultant, Anda akan berperan sebagai penghubung antara tim teknis dan klien. Tugas utama Anda mencakup:
- Menganalisis kebutuhan bisnis klien dan menerjemahkannya ke dalam spesifikasi sistem.
- Memberikan pelatihan, presentasi, dan dokumentasi sistem kepada pengguna akhir.
- Melakukan konfigurasi awal sistem dan pengujian fungsional.
- Mendampingi proses implementasi sistem dan memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang timbul.
- Menyusun laporan dan dokumentasi proyek secara berkala.
Kualifikasi:
- Lulusan S1 Sistem Informasi, Akuntansi, atau jurusan terkait.
- Memahami proses bisnis, khususnya di bidang keuangan, manufaktur, atau distribusi.
- Mampu berpikir analitis dan menyampaikan ide dengan jelas.
- Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan klien.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan software ERP menjadi nilai tambah.
- Bersedia untuk melakukan perjalanan dinas bila diperlukan.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
